Chris Cordova
Aside from his duties as President, Chris serves CRC as a consultant, analyst and market researcher, working with marketing and planning organizations at both the local and national levels. His areas of expertise include a wide-ranging spectrum of all aspects of market research and development including research and strategic planning, statistical data analysis applications and project management.
Chris has conducted numerous seminars and regularly guest lectures on research methodologies at both New Mexico State University and the University of New Mexico. He has presented workshops on research methodology in Portland, Oregon for the National Scenic Byways Conference, in Acapulco, Mexico for the Travel and Tourism Research Association, and in communities throughout New Mexico. He has been published in the Journal of Travel Research and in many other tourism industry venues. In 2003, he conducted a series of regional workshops on economic impact modeling in various communities in New Mexico.
Andrea Brunk
Andrea Brunk serves CRC as a research analyst and client consultant. She has managed all aspects of research projects, including research design, data collection, statistical analysis, report writing and presentation. She has conducted customer satisfaction studies, advertising awareness and effectiveness studies, new product market testing and programming studies for various industries. Andrea has worked extensively in the media and cable and communications industries and served as the Director of Market Research for United Way. She has also been a visiting assistant professor teaching courses in macroeconomics, microeconomics and statistics.
Michelle Martinez
Michelle Martinez has served CRC as a Research Analyst since 2003. She has a background in marketing, market research and travel/tourism research. She is responsible for all statistical analysis, research fieldwork and research project management. Michelle is highly skilled in the use of statistical software and has received extensive individualized training in all aspects of market research and has managed focus group recruitment, as well as phone, mail, and internet surveys, including survey development, field management, and statistical analysis.
Elizabeth Cordova
Elizabeth Cordova is the most recent addition to the core team and is responsible for project management and field operations. She joined the firm in May 2009 after serving as a project manager for a Seattle-based software firm. Elizabeth has over ten years of experience in the research field and holds a degree in economics from the University of Washington.
